In the 2022/23 season, he sustained three (3) injuries making him spent Fifty (50) days away from the game, and also sat out of Eleven (11) games.

Though he struggled with injuries during his stay at the French Capital, he managed to show flashes of his brilliance which earned him a big money move to Manchester City.

In his first season (2023/24 season) at City, the winger has sustained only one injury, which made him missed nine (9) games, and also spending a total of thirty -two (32) days on the sideline.

The first injury the winger sustained was a hamstring injury, which made him spent Forty-two (42) days on the sideline and also missed thirteen (13) games.

He recovered but had another injury (a knee injury) which made him miss Eight (8) games for both Belgium and his club. He however spent Twenty-nine (29) days on the sideline.

He was making his recovery when the knee injury reoccurred. It took him another twenty-nine (29) days to recover and he missed five (5) games in the process.

That isn’t all, he sustained another injury (a Hamstring injury) which took him twenty three(23) days to recover. He however missed three (3) games.

You might be thinking that’s all but no, he had another injury to complete what was a very bad 2021/22 season. It was a calf injury and it took the Belgian with Ghanaian descent, Forty-four (44) days to regain his fitness. He missed a total of Ten (10) games for both his club and country.

As indicated above Doku sustained a total of three (3) injuries in this season. The first was a muscle injury which made him miss four (4) games, and spent Sixteen (16) days rehabilitating. The second injury was a Dead leg, which took him Nineteen (19) days to heal. He however missed only five (5 ) games for his club, Rennes.

The third and last injury for the 2022/23 season was a hamstring injury which made him missed only two (2 ) games. He ended up spending Fifteen (15 ) days on the sideline.

Doku’s season at Manchester City has been rather smooth. The winger sustained only one injury in this season. It was a muscle injury that made him spent 32 days away from the game. He ended up missing only nine games for Pep Guardiola’s citizens.

This season is by far the wingers best in terms of injuries. Looking through his injury history, it seems obvious that, the 32 days he spent on the sideline is very small compared to the other seasons.

Looking through the data for the three seasons, Doku had a total of nine injuries. He spent a total of 249 days rehabilitating, and missed 59 games.
