The first of Antoine Semenyo’s 5 habits is, his gym works. He has dedicated certain days of the week to his gym work. On these days, he would go to training early, and go through a gym session before football training begins. His ripped physique is a testament to this.

The second of his 5 habits is, keeping his body hydrated. Water is a very essential part of our daily lives as humans, hence, Semenyo throughout his daily routine, tries to drink as many bottles of water as possible to keep himself hydrated. He undertakes this particular habit to keep himself active throughout the day.

The third of his 5 habits, is his strict dietary plans. Antoine Semenyo makes sure carbohydrates from whole grain sources form over 60% of his diet. This is to enable him to have enough energy to produce good performance during training and games. Vegetables, fruits, and lean protein take up the remaining 40% of his diet.

The AFC Bournemouth marksman makes sure he avoids diets rich in high cholesterol. This habit is observed to avoid fatigue during training and in games, and also to avoid potential heart problems.

The fourth of Antoine Semenyo’s 5 habits, is his engagement in shooting drills. He revealed in an interview with Sky Sports a few weeks ago, that, “he doesn’t miss a shot”. He makes participation in shooting drills a habit to enhance his shooting abilities and conversion rate.

No wonder he has taken the premier league by storm this season, scoring 7 goals and assisting 2; contributing to enhancing Bournemouth’s chances of getting a top-ten finish come the end of the season.

Semenyo makes it a habit of engaging in individual training aside the group training, to enhance his performance and also to keep him fit.  Just this weekend he made a quick comeback from injury, and it didn’t come as a surprise as he has been keeping his body in good shape.
